Practicing yoga regularly (for almost 20 years!) has changed my relationship with my body and my spirit, and I am grateful for the chance to help others feel the connection to themselves through movement, breathing, stillness, and joy.
In 2018, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Alberta Yoga College. Since then, I have taught more than a thousand hours, online & in person. I have been - and continue to be - influenced and inspired by many amazing teachers, as well as authors, poets and artists.
